Charex exists to surface economic truth before commitment.

We show decision-holders what they’re actually betting on—before they place the bet.

This manifesto ensures we never drift from that mission, even when “helpful” features seem attractive.

🔒 How We Enforce It

Every code change is automatically checked against this manifesto.

Enforcement workflow:

1. Developer opens pull request
2. GitHub Action analyzes changes
3. Violations are flagged automatically
4. High/Critical drift blocks the merge
